Michael J. Warren Trustee, District of Columbia Retirement Board Michael J. Warren is a Council appointed Trustee and serves as Chair of the Strategic Planning and Policy Committee, Chair of the Fiduciary Committee, Vice Chair of the Operations Committee, and member of the Investment Committee. Mr. Warren is Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer of Stonebridge International LLC, an international strategic advisory firm based in Washington, DC.  He is responsible for the firm’s overall management, client service, and business development activities. Before joining Stonebridge, Mr. Warren was Vice President for Corporate Development at Horne Engineering Services where he led efforts to integrate the firm’s operations, business development, and financial activities.  Prior to that, he worked at McKinsey and Company as a strategic consultant in the technology and financial industries and a fellow of the McKinsey Global Institute.  Before McKinsey, Mr. Warren served as the Executive Director of the White House National Economic Council. A Rhodes Scholar, Mr. Warren earned degrees from Yale University and Oxford University.
