Judith C. Marcus Trustee, District of Columbia Retirement Board Marcus began her service with the DC Retirement Board in 1998, and is now in her third term as the elected Retired Teacher Trustee.  Ms. Marcus is the Board’s Secretary and is Chairman of the Operations Committee.  She also serves as Vice Chair of the Investment Committee and member of the Benefits Committee.
