The DCRB Report Newsletter is mailed biannually to all members of the D.C. Teachers' Plan and the D.C. Police Officers and Firefighters' Plan (the "Plans"). The Fall 2011 Report Newsletter to members of the Plans includes calendar year 2011 tax information, health care open enrollment season news, a message from Michael Warren, the Chairman of the Board of Trustees, and more. All members of the Plans will receive the Fall 2011 issue of the DCRB Report Newsletter. Please view the PDF version of the DCRB Report Newsletter [PDF].  An HTML version of the newsletter is also scheduled to be sent by email to active members of the Plans. DCRB plans a wider distribution of the email version of the newsletter in the future.

PLEASE NOTE: Following the printing of the Fall 2011 Report Newsletter, the District of Columbia Human Resources Office (DCHR) announced an extension of the Open Enrollment period for those eligible to receive the District's health benefits. The ending date for the enrollment period, listed as December 16, 2011, in the article entitled "Health Care Open Enrollment Season" is incorrect. The new ending date for the District's Open Enrollment period is now Wednesday, December 21, 2011.
