The DCRB Report is a newsletter that is mailed several times a year to all Plan participants. The Fall 2015 edition includes Fiscal Year 2015 investment results, information on health care open season enrollment, new Federal Employees Health Benefits (FEHB) coverage, important information about Medicare Part B, the Retired Firefighter Trustee Election, and much more. All Plan participants should receive the Fall 2015 issue of the DCRB Report by mail, and active and retired participants who have email addresses on file should also receive an electronic version of the newsletter at their District of Columbia or designated email address.
