The District of Columbia Retirement Board (“DCRB”) is seeking an IT Specialist, Applications and Data Services (Low Code/No Code Developer) to implement existing or proposed information management systems to meet business needs. Primary duties include delivering business solutions using “No-Code / Low-Code” development; developing, monitoring, and maintaining applications and databases for the Agency; developing complex queries and reports, manages content and operations of data repositories and systems. The IT Specialist, Applications & Data Services (Low Code/No Code Developer) also is responsible for coordinating the system infrastructure activities, including developing, implementing, and maintaining scalable data standards, procedures, and controls.

DCRB is responsible for the investment of funds and administration of benefits for over 14,000 retirees and 10,000, members for the District of Columbia Teachers’ Retirement Plan and the District of Columbia Police Officers and Firefighters’ Retirement Plan (collectively “Plan members”).
