Open Enrollment for 2019 benefits begins on Monday, November 12 and ends on Monday, December 10, 2018, at 5:00 p.m. EST. This is your annual opportunity to review your current benefit elections and make any necessary changes.
During this year’s Open Enrollment period, the District of Columbia Retirement Board (DCRB) will attend three of the Benefits Enrollment Fairs hosted by DCHR. DCRB staff will be present to assist retirees with participation and enrollment. There is no need to RSVP. Please see the chart below for information on the fairs that DCRB will attend this year:
