The District of Columbia Retirement Board (“DCRB”) is seeking a Records and Data Manager to manage and oversee the daily operations related to the Agency’s intake, processing, and routing of physical and electronic retirement-processing documents. The Records and Data Manager supervises and provides ongoing direction to a team of Records Management Specialists, and has overall responsibility for ensuring the accurate and timely scanning, indexing, and classification of retirement system-related documents into the agency’s imaging and workflow platforms, including IBM FileNet and IBM Case Manager. This position also is responsible for monitoring and cleansing member data (retiree and active), which feeds into any records, human resource, payroll, and benefits administration systems utilized by DCRB.
DCRB is responsible for the investment of funds and administration of retirement benefits for approximately 15,000 retirees and 10,000 members of the District of Columbia Teachers’ Retirement Plan and the District of Columbia Police Officers and Firefighters’ Retirement Plan (collectively “Plan members”).
The annualized full-time salary range for this position is $94,122--$150,304 DOQ (DCRB Grade 09), and the posting will remain open until close of business Monday, September 28, 2026. For more information, see the position description attached below.
