Downloadable Forms for Plan Members

DCRB offers several of its downloadable forms online for members of the District of Columbia Police Officers and Firefighters' Retirement Plan and the District of Columbia Teachers' Retirement Plan.

Online Member Services

Members can complete and submit forms, submit questions, schedule in-person or virtual visits, and more, all through DCRB's 24/7 member services webpage.

Lobby Services Appointments

Self-Service Portal

Self-Service Portal for Retired Participants
Retired members can now view their annuity details and make online changes to their contact and banking information. Instructions showing how to access the self-service portal have been posted to the DCRB website at: https://dcrb.dc.gov/page/dcrb-self-service or for more information, contact the DCRB Self-Service line at (202) 343-3222 or toll-free at 1-855-509-2727.

Mail Drop Box Services

You can drop off forms & documents at DCRB Member Services Center Monday – Friday from 9:00am to 4:00pm. Please make an appointment to speak with a representative if assistance is needed prior to coming to our office.

DCRB Statement in Response to Lawsuit Recently Filed in DC Federal Court

The District of Columbia Retirement Board (“DCRB”) is aware of a lawsuit recently filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia by a former employee, Ms. Erie Sampson. Although it is DCRB practice not to discuss pending legal matters, DCRB believes it is in the best interests of the agency, its participants, and beneficiaries to address the false allegations made repeatedly by this former employee since she was terminated for cause in 2022.
