The District of Columbia Retirement Board (DCRB) worked with our partners at the U.S. Department of the Treasury (Treasury) to add a self-service component to the Treasury’s online annuitant portal, called the System to Administer Retirement or STAR. DCRB annuitants can access and update their information via https://starretirements.treasury.gov. However, before members can access their information, they need to complete the member validation and login process by creating an account with ID.me:
Through the Self-Service Portal, You Can:
- Make changes to your address
- Make changes to your phone numbers
- Make changes to your direct deposit
- Add or change your emergency contacts
- View general personal information, tax withholdings, benefit elections, and pension payment information
Please note that the changes you make to your information are in a live/real-time environment and will be applied to your official record.
