Adam Weers is Trammell Crow Company's chief operating officer. In this role, he administers TCC’s Investment and Executive Committee processes and oversees its Marketing, Communications, People, Legal/Risk Management, and Digital and technology activities. He is a member of the TCC Executive and Investment Committees and serves on TCC’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Steering Committee.
Before his appointment to COO in April 2021, Adam was a Principal in TCC’s MidAtlantic Business Unit. He played a valuable role in leading projects in Washington, DC, including the McMillan Healthcare Campus, a 1,000,000 SF component of the multi-phased, mixed-use redevelopment of the McMillan sand filtration site, and Northeast Heights, a 1,500,000 SF multi-phase, residential, retail, and office development.
His term expired on January 27, 2023, but continues to serve until a successor is named.
