Divestments

Due to legislation passed by the District of Columbia Council, the District of Columbia Retirement Board (DCRB) has been prohibited from investing in specific public funds in certain companies doing business with various governments. Below are letters submitted by DCRB in response to these pieces of legislation. For more information, including copies of these letters from past years, please contact DCRB's Investment Department.
