Members of the Plans administered by the District of Columbia Retirement Board (DCRB) who were hired prior to October 1, 1987, participate in federal health insurance programs.
Note: Please submit all supporting documents with your enrollment form if you are adding or removing a dependent from your healthcare plan. Examples would be:
- Divorce
- Marriage
- Adoption
- Birth
- Adult disabled child
