DCRB Lobby Service Appointment Scheduler

Thank you for using the DCRB Member Services Appointment Scheduler.

You can use the Appointment Scheduler 24/7 to book an in-person lobby visit, schedule a phone call to speak with a Member Services Representative or plan a virtual video meeting from the comfort of your home.

You can also make an appointment by contacting the Member Services Center at (202) 343-3222; however, scheduling through the website is the most direct route to obtain an appointment.

How the Appointment Scheduling System Works

  • Appointments are available Monday through Friday from 9:30am – 3:00pm in increments of 30-minute visits.
  • Appointments should be made in the name of the member (Active or Retired)
  • Members are limited to one appointment per person; multiple appointments made by the same person for the same day may be canceled.
  • Members who arrive late may need to reschedule. As a courtesy to all members, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if you are more than 15 minutes late. If you are running late for your appointment, please contact the Member Services Center (202) 343-3272 to see if your appointment is still available.
  • Only one person is allowed to the appointment unless you need personal assistance to conduct your business. 
  • If you do not see an available appointment for the date and time you want, that means all the posted appointment slots are currently booked. We encourage you to check back regularly for updated available appointments from cancellations.

PLEASE NOTE: The wearing of a mask is required when entering the elevator and the DC Retirement Board in order to receive services.
