The purpose of this Actuarial Experience Study is to review the actuarial experience of the District of Columbia Police Officers and Firefighters’ Retirement Fund and the District of Columbia Teachers’ Retirement Fund (the “Funds”) during the period from October 1, 2002, through September 30, 2006.
