The federal shutdown will NOT delay or impact member annuity payments and benefits. DCRB is open and ready to serve our members.
DCRB will remain open as usual and continue to provide our members with full service during our normal business hours, 8:30 am to 5 pm ET, Monday through Friday.
This law was enacted by the Council for the District of Columbia to establish an actuarially sound retirement replacement plan for pension benefits accrued after June 30, 1997, for police officers, firefighters, and teachers.
