The District of Columbia Retirement Board (DCRB) 2012 Fiscal Year Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR) includes the independent auditor’s reports on the District of Columbia Police Officers and Firefighters’ Retirement Fund, and the District of Columbia Teachers’ Retirement Fund (collectively referred to as the Fund).
