The District of Columbia Retirement Board's (DCRB) Investment Committee is established to provide general oversight of the investments of the District of Columbia Police Officers and Fire Fighters’ Retirement Fund and the Teachers’ Retirement Fund (collectively referred to as the Fund) established pursuant to the Police Officers, Fire Fighters, and Teachers Retirement Benefit Replacement Plan Act of 1998.

The DCRB Investment Committee Charter, attached below, details the authority, composition, responsibilities, and meeting schedule of the Committee. It was approved on July 17, 2014. Revised on May 18, 2017 and July 21, 2022.
