The District of Columbia Retirement Board (DCRB) adopted and approved the Investment Policy Statement for Real Assets on January 22, 2015, and DCRB later revised the policy on June 20, 2019. The following investment policy governs the objectives, strategies, implementation, and performance measurement of the Real Assets Program. The Real Assets Program includes investments in private real estate, private infrastructure/opportunistic investments, and natural resources.
