The District of Columbia Retirement Board (DCRB) Report is a newsletter that is mailed several times a year to all Plan participants. The Fall 2018 edition includes Fiscal Year 2018 investment results, information on healthcare open enrollment season, two trustee elections, and more. All Active Plan participants should receive the Fall 2018 issue of the DCRB Report electronically at their District of Columbia or designated email address, and retired participants will be mailed a paper copy. Retired Plan participants who have an email address on file should also receive an electronic version of the newsletter.
