The District of Columbia Retirement (“DCRB”) is seeking a Lead Member Services Representative (Lead MSR) to assist the Member Services Supervisor (MS Supervisor) with the day-to-day business requirements to meet the goals of the Member Services Unit, as well as service as “back-up” on daily operational matters in the MS Supervisor’s absence. As the subject matter expert, the Lead, MSR provides guidance to staff; answers questions, assists in problem-resolution to issues experienced by DCRB members; as well as assists with responding to phone calls from members.
DCRB is responsible for the investment of funds and administration of benefits for approximately 15,000 retirees and 10,000, members for the District of Columbia Teachers’ Retirement Plan and the District of Columbia Police Officers and Firefighters’ Retirement Plan (collectively “Plan members”).
The annualized full-time salary range for this position is $54,812 -- $87,529 (DCRB Grade 05), and the posting will remain open until Monday, May 4, 2026. For more information, see the position summary attached below.
