The District of Columbia Retirement Board (“DCRB”) is seeking a Project Analyst to assist the Deputy Chief Benefits Officer in the execution of benefit projects by performing data collection, research, and analysis. Examples of wide-ranging responsibilities include analyzing large data sets; conducting research on best practices in retirement administration; troubleshooting and testing for pension and payroll system functionality; and compiling performance statistics for the Benefits Department.
DCRB is responsible for the investment of funds and administration of retirement benefits for approximately 15,000 retirees and 10,000 members of the District of Columbia Teachers’ Retirement Plan and the District of Columbia Police Officers and Firefighters’ Retirement Plan (collectively “Plan members”).
The annualized full-time salary range for this position is $54,812 - $87,529 (DCRB Grade 05) and this posting will remain open until Monday, May 4, 2026. For more information, see the position summary attached below.
