Tracy S. Harris serves on the District of Columbia Retirement Board’s Board of Trustees as a Mayor-Appointed Trustee. Ms. Harris is the elected chair of the Audit Committee and Vice Chair of the Investment Committee.
In addition to the DCRB, Trustee Harris serves on the Board of Directors of CareFirst Blue Cross Blue Shield on the Finance/Investment and Audit Committees, the Board of Directors of Bally’s Corporation (NYSE: BALY) as chair of the Audit Committee, and member of the Nomination/Governance and Environment, Social, and Governance Committees, and she was the elected DCRB representative on the Board of Directors of the Council of Institutional Investors serving on the Policy Committee. She also served on the PCAOB Investor Advisory Group from 2024 to 2026.
Ms. Harris was appointed to the DCRB Board of Trustees in 2019. Her current term will expire on January 27, 2029.
