The District of Columbia Retirement Board (“DCRB” and/or the “Board”) seeks an investment consultant (“Investment Consultant”, “Consultant” or “Contractor”) with institutional investment experience to advise on DCRB’s oversight, implementation, and ongoing monitoring of the District of Columbia Police Officers and Fire Fighters’ Retirement Fund, as defined in DC Code § 1-712, and the District of Columbia Teachers’ Retirement Fund, as defined in DC Code § 1-713 (collectively, the “Fund”), and to provide comprehensive investment sourcing, research and consulting services.
