September 10, 2026 Update
Due to technical upgrades to the DCRB website, the release of this RFP is being postponed. The anticipated date for posting is revised from September 10, 2026 to September 15, 2026
The District of Columbia Retirement Board (“DCRB” and/or the “Board”) gives advance notice of an upcoming solicitation for a specialized investment consulting contractor (”Contractor“ or “Consultant”) to support its fiduciary responsibilities by advising on the oversight, implementation, ongoing monitoring of the “Fund” (collectively, the District of Columbia Police Officers and Fire Fighters’ Retirement Fund, as defined in DC Code § 1-712, and the District of Columbia Teachers’ Retirement Fund, as defined in DC Code § 1-713), and provide comprehensive investment sourcing, research and consulting services.
