The District of Columbia Retirement Board (DCRB) submits an annual report to the Mayor and Councilmembers that describes certain activities undertaken by DCRB in compliance with the terms of the "Prohibition of the Investment of Public Funds in Certain Companies Doing Business with the Government of Sudan Act of 2007," which became District of Columbia law on February 2, 2008.
This report was filed on September 30, 2020, and it includes a description of such activities for the twelve months through August 31, 2020.
