The District of Columbia Retirement (DCRB) is seeking an Investment Analyst to perform a wide variety of analytical, research, and administrative work involved in the evaluation and management of the District of Columbia Retirement Board’s $14 billion investment program. Under the direction of the Chief Investment Officer (CIO) and other senior members of the team, the incumbent will work closely with a small, collegial team on maintaining and improving the operational processes and systems across the entire portfolio, including public and private markets. The candidate must display passion and curiosity, and a desire for growth in the investment field. This is an entry-level position, suited to someone interested in starting a career in institutional investment management.
DCRB is responsible for the investment of funds and administration of retirement benefits for approximately 15,000 retirees and 10,000 members of the District of Columbia Teachers’ Retirement Plan and the District of Columbia Police Officers and Firefighters’ Retirement Plan (collectively “Plan members”).
