The Summary Plan Descriptions (SPDs) explain the major provisions of the District of Columbia Police Officers and Firefighters’ Retirement Plan and the District of Columbia Teachers’ Retirement Plan (the Plans). These booklets explain available benefits and eligibility requirements. Your rights and responsibilities under the Plans are also included. SPDs are available in PDF format for download below. Instructions for requesting print versions will be provided when print versions become available.
