The District of Columbia Retirement Board (DCRB) has commenced its Active Police Officer Election. The election schedule is as follows:

An Active Police Officer is defined in the DCRB Election Rules as follows:
Active Police Officer – ‘An "active police officer" who is a sworn member or officer of the District of Columbia Metropolitan Police Department (MPD).’ This does not include their survivors and beneficiaries.
Active Police Officers may cast their ballots via regular postal mail, telephone, or online.
