Member Services Online 24/7

The District of Columbia Retirement Board's (DCRB) Online Member Services provides a secure way for Plan members to conduct business at their convenience. Plan members can submit forms online, schedule in-person or virtual appointments, and/or submit inquiries through DCRB's “Ask Member Services" below. 

You should not email any forms, documents, or inquiries containing Personally Identifiable Information (PII) to DCRB. Additionally, some forms may need to be signed in the presence of a notary public. To protect and secure your PII, please fax your completed forms and any required attachments to (202) 566-5001.

You can use the Appointment Scheduler 24/7 to plan an in-person lobby visit, schedule a phone call with a Member Services Representative or make a virtual web appointment. You can also make an appointment by contacting the Member Services Center at (202) 343- 3272; however scheduling through the website is the most direct route to obtain an appointment.
