Effective March 1, 2006, cost-of-living adjustments (COLAs) have been announced for retirees and survivors receiving annuities under retirement plans for DC teachers and for DC police officers and firefighters.

Increases related to these announcements will be paid in accordance with the two notices found below. These increases will be included in benefit payments beginning April 1, 2006.
