The new IRS federal tax rates have been implemented, which may impact your federal tax withholding amounts from your monthly annuity. This year’s new withholding amounts will be reflected in your June 1, 2022 annuity payment.

Any changes you wish to make for future tax withholdings, must made by submitting the IRS redesigned W-4P https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/fw4p.pdf; this is the only federal election form that will be accepted by DCRB.
