Gary W. Hankins was declared the winner of the 2016 Retired Police Officer Election
On December 15, 2016, the District of Columbia Retirement Board certified the results of the Retired Police Officer election and declared that the winner was Gary W. Hankins, a retired District of Columbia police officer. The Notice of Public Interest will be published in the DC Register on December 23, 2016.
