Mary Collins declared the winner of the Retired Teacher Election

On December 16, 2021, the District of Columbia Retirement Board (DCRB) certified the results of the Retired Teacher Election and declared Mary Collins, a retired District of Columbia teacher, the winner. The Notice of Public Interest was published in the DC Register on December 31, 2021.
