The District of Columbia Retirement Board (DCRB) has released a request for proposals (RFP) for Information Technology Support Services. The purpose of this solicitation is to invite prospective vendors to submit proposals to DCRB to provide Information Technology services in the following areas:
(a) Service Desk Management
(b) User/Deskside Support
(c) Network (LAN/WAN) Administration
(d) Server Administration and Storage systems NAS/SAN)
(e) Backup and Recovery Administration
(f) Preventive maintenance
(g) Security
(h) Disaster avoidance/recovery and Business continuity
The Board intends to enter into a contract with a vendor for support in the above-described areas. The contract will have a period of performance of three (3) years from award date, and two (2) one (1) year option periods may be available, subject to the availability of funds.
