To better serve our members, the District of Columbia Retirement Board (DCRB) will be installing a new telephone system on Friday, September 21, 2018. This is to advise you that as we transition to the new system in late afternoon, there may be interruptions in telephone service. The lines will be switched from one service provider to another between the hours of 3:00 pm and 5:00 pm. While DCRB does not anticipate a total loss of telephone service, interruptions may occur between the hours of 3:00 pm and 5:00 pm.

DCRB apologizes for any inconvenience during business hours. Unfortunately, the current telephone provider was unable to complete some of the necessary testing exclusively during non-business hours. DCRB expects the system to resume service at 7:00 pm on Friday (messages may be left over the weekend) and to be fully operational when we are open for business again at 8:30 am on Monday, September 24, 2018.
