The District of Columbia Retirement Board (DCRB) has released a request for proposals (RFP) for a vendor to provide training to its Benefits department consisting of approximately 18 staff (including its managers) in an effort to enhance the effectiveness of the agency. DCRB considers ongoing training necessary to meet agency current and future business objectives. The focus for training is a two-month period. DCRB’s initial overall objective for the training effort includes: Microsoft Word 2010, Microsoft Excel 2010, business communications, and customer service.
