Hurricane Sandy Closure Update: The District of Columbia Retirement Board (DCRB) will open on time Wednesday, October 31, and DCRB will remain open for business unless futher notice is given. DCRB's normal business hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, except District holidays.
