The Summer 2017 DCRB Report newsletter is a publication of the District of Columbia Retirement Board (DCRB). This special edition is for active and retired teacher participants of the District of Columbia Teachers’ Retirement Plan and their survivors. These Plan participants should receive the Summer 2017 edition by mail, and participants who have email addresses on file should also receive an electronic version of the newsletter at their District of Columbia or designated email address.
