The District of Columbia Retirement Board (DCRB) has commenced its Retired Teacher Election. The election schedule is as follows:

A Retired Teacher is defined in the DCRB Election Rules as follows:
Retired Teacher - “[A] DCPS system employee (salary class position ET 1-15) who has retired under a voluntary, involuntary, disability or deferred retirement under the provisions of the program for Retirement of Public School Teachers.” This does not include their survivors and beneficiaries.
Retired Teachers may cast their ballot via telephone or mail. If you do not receive a ballot or if you have any inquiries regarding the election, please contact the Election Official, the American Arbitration Association's toll free number at (800) 273-0726 or at (215) 731-2280.
