The Fiscal Year 2018 Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR) provides comprehensive financial statements and other year-end information on the District of Columbia Retirement Board (DCRB) programs and services for the fiscal year (FY) ended September 30, 2018.

DCRB's past ten CAFRs have been awarded the Government Finance Officers Association's Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting. This certificate is the highest form of recognition in the area of governmental accounting and financial reporting.
