Due to a typographical error on the Active Teacher ballot for the District of Columbia Retirement Board (DCRB) of Trustees election, the American Arbitration Association (AAA) has mailed a new ballot, a secret ballot envelope, and a postage paid return envelope. The second, corrected ballot that you will receive will be yellow in color. If you have already returned the original, blue-colored ballot to AAA, your vote will be counted and no further action is necessary. However, if you vote again with the yellow, corrected ballot after you have returned the original, blue ballot, the vote on the yellow ballot will be counted instead and will be deemed a corrected vote.

Your ballot must be received by 5:00 p.m. EDT on Friday, November 30, 2012, in order to be counted. The instructions for voting are available in the PDF document attached below. Please read the voting instructions carefully before voting.
