The District of Columbia Retirement Board (DCRB) would like to congratulate a Trustee, Mr. Joseph M. Bress, on his reappointment by the Council of the District of Columbia to the Board of Trustees. His current term will end January 27, 2020. Mr. Bress has served on the Board since 2009, and, during this time, he has completed three year-long terms as the Chair. At the Board’s February 2016 meeting, his fellow Trustees elected him to serve as Chair for a fourth term.
