2023 Open Enrollment for Federal and District Health Benefits
The District of Columbia Retirement Board (DCRB) is pleased to inform you that Open Enrollment for the Federal Employees Health Benefits (FEHB) and the District Employees’ Health Benefits (DCEHB) programs is now open. The Open Enrollment period for calendar year 2023 runs from Monday, November 14, 2022, through Monday, December 12, 2022. During the Open Enrollment period you may:

change from one plan to another;

add an eligible dependent (i.e., spouse and/or child(ren));

remove an ineligible dependent;
-
suspend your coverage; or
-
cancel your coverage.
