What’s new in Member Services

Ask Member Services Website Inquiry: Effective 4/1/22, members can now submit an inquiry and attached supporting documents through the website 24/7 at https://dcrb.dc.gov/page/ask-member-services.

Self-Service Portal - beginning 4/4/2022 – The District of Columbia Retirement Board (DCRB) has been working with our partners at the U.S. Department of the Treasury (Treasury) over the past year and we’re pleased to announce that self-service functionality will be available beginning April 4, 2022.

This self-service functionality is part of Treasury’s System to Administer Retirement (STAR) system and the login process is designed to both validate the user’s identity and allow you to securely access your data using the new portal. Instructions showing how to access the self-service portal using ID.me, and a set of frequently asked questions (FAQs), have been posted to DCRB’s website at: https://dcrb.dc.gov/page/dcrb-self-service
