What’s new in Member Services

Ask Member Services Website Inquiry: Effective 4/1/22, members can now submit an inquiry and attached supporting documents through the website 24/7 at https://dcrb.dc.gov/page/ask-member-services.

Self-Service Portal - beginning 4/4/2022 – The District of Columbia Retirement Board (DCRB) has been working with our partners at the U.S. Department of the Treasury (Treasury) over the past year and we’re pleased to announce that self-service functionality will be available beginning April 4, 2022.

This self-service functionality is part of Treasury’s System to Administer Retirement (STAR) system and the login process is designed to both validate the user’s identity and allow you to securely access your data using the new portal. Instructions showing how to access the self-service portal using ID.me, and a set of frequently asked questions (FAQs), have been posted to DCRB’s website at: https://dcrb.dc.gov/page/dcrb-self-service.

Lobby Services by Appointment ONLY  – beginning 4/11/2022, members will be able to schedule an In-person visit or virtual meeting.  Appointments will be made by contacting Member Services or by visiting the website. More information regarding Lobby services will be coming soon.

Member Services On-Line – 24/7 On-line Member Services will be available beginning 5/1/2022.  You will be able to fill out forms and submit it via the DCRB website 24/7.
