On November 2, 2017, the District of Columbia Retirement Board's (DCRB) Election Administrator, the American Arbitration Association (AAA), mailed ballots to members of the District of Columbia Teachers’ Retirement Plan who are qualified to vote to elect the Board’s Retired Teacher Trustee. Qualified voters may cast their ballots by mail to be received by AAA by 5 pm ET or by phone by 11:59 pm ET on Wednesday, November 29, 2017.
