On February 9, 2024, the DC Department of Human Resources (DCHR) announced the 2024 cost-of-living adjustments (COLA) for retirees and survivors receiving annuities under the District of Columbia Police Officers and Firefighters’ Retirement Plan (Police and Firefighters’ Plan) and the District of Columbia Teachers’ Retirement Plan (Teachers’ Plan).
The District of Columbia Retirement Board (“DCRB”) is aware of a lawsuit recently filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia by a former employee, Ms. Erie Sampson.
