Open Enrollment for District and Federal health care for the 2022 calendar year will run from November 8, 2021 through December 13, 2021. DCRB will be mailling out abbreviated packets of enrollment materials to eligible members by the second week of November 2021. In the meantime, we encourage you to revisit this website for more up to date information and materials.

DCRB announces that Statements of Estimated Benefits were mailed to the home address of active participants of the District of Columbia Teachers’ Retirement Plan and the District of Columbia Police Officers and Firefighters’ Retirement Plan on April 9, 2021.
